Module Does not show

ok, I had this problem before but I forgot the fix...

I have a module and I know there is 2 places that have to be active or turned on for the module to show, I have the module active but its still not showing, where is the other place?

Admin CP => Edit Pages => {page name} => Modules Enabled ;)
