Category Manager Issue.

I am an Admin.
I got the message when I clicked 'Category Manager' button.
* My stuff --> Category Manager

******, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

I have all permit(Verificated).
What's the problem?

Admin CP => vBa Links Directory => Modify Settings => Allow Users to Create Categories

Is that option set to 'yes'?

Admin CP => vBa Links Directory => Usergroup Permissions => {your group} => Can Create Categories

And that one as well?

No..This is my mistake...Sorry...
Now, I changed it.

Admin CP => vBa Links Directory => Usergroup Permissions => {your group} => Can Create Categories
