I am trying to update an be lisenced but when i go to the page to get the password( http://www.vbulletin.com/members/membersupport_priority.php )

a login box comes up and i enter my name and password but it pops up 3 times then says

"You have entered an invalid customer number/password combination. Please press refresh if you wish to try again.

Have you forgotton your customer number and password? Click here!
"

and when i enter my email it doesnt find it in the database

We can't help you to find your license information on vbulletin.com. You would need to contact somebody there if you're having trouble with that.
