How can I move 'Newest *links' to the top?

How can I move the 'Newest *links' & Random *links' to the top?
I can not found the option on the 'vBa Links options'.
Do I need to edit the template?

Yes, you would just need to edit your 'ADV_LINKS' template and move the tables for those higher in the template.
