Just Upgraded to 2.0 RC1 and having troubles.

I cannot access the links:
you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?

I have changed the usergroup settings but nothing changed.

I also have this at the top of the page:

There is no foreach() function on or near line 189 in v2.0. That was there in v1.0 though, so it sounds like your links_global.php file (and possibly some others) was not overwritten when you uploaded the new files.

Yep you got it, I went back over and uploaded all of the files and rebuilt templates and phrases and everything looks good now.
