I don't know why but when i enter the forum path and i get a page saying:

Database Error
The VBulletin Test Forums database has encountered a problem.

Note the "VBulletin Test Forums" in the name of the site i use in the configuration of VBulletin. why would this be happening? how can i fix it?

Anyone, this is something i would like to resolve as soon as possible. this is the exact message i am getting on my screen:

Database Error Database error
The VBulletin Test Forums database has encountered a problem.
Please try the following:

* Load the page again by clicking the Refresh button in your web browser.
* Open the localhost home page, then try to open another page.
* Click the Back button to try another link.

The localhost forum technical staff have been notified of the error, though you may contact them if the problem persists.

We apologise for any inconvenience.

Know i know it is reading something right from my VBulletin, since it knows the name of the site is "VBulletin Test Forums", just don't know why it will not work. also the are 2 spots where there are "++" char string in the comments which seem wierd and make it unable to open in PHP Designer, i just remove those site and editing the forumpath to "C:\WebRoot\root\forums". is that the correct fomat to use for forumpath?
