Updating from CPLinks

Brian and others....

I have a new forum recently migrated from phpBB and (was) using CPLinks as the manager. The Links are in a SQL DB.

I'm sure there may be some easy way to transfer this over without a lot of problem... but I'm unfamiliar with vBa links structure....

The links I have are one-liners generated by me to either external news sources or internal site docs.... not a lot of comments.

I'm not a SQL guru... and I'm certainly not looking forward to cutting/pasting several hundred links...

Any suggestions... all help appreciated!

I've never used or really heard of CPLinks, so I'm not sure what would be involved in importing from it.
