Main forums page?

I installed it, step by step.. here is my portal page

However, I can't find my regular forums?

and I dont see no "CPMS" in my admincp..?

XML file says .. "vbulletin" not "vbadvanced" and menus still dont show up.

Brian or someone made a sticky at one time that showed how to make the VBadvance and the forum index page work in the root dir.

I havent dont it this way , but so a search you will probally find the answer.

I got that to work but I still dont see anything on my left to manage the script? like change modules.. ect?
