Fix the space between columns and header?

I would like to know how give space between the top of my first modules or columns from the header and plus make them even. If you look at my cmp page you will see what I mean. http://GreekRealm.com. It looks real ugly and I need to fix it lol thanks.

admincp > vba > default settings > Horizontal Spacing Between Columns/ Verticle Spacing Between Modules

or do you mean the space between the header and the modules ?
dono, maybe a line break in the adv_index not sure

Actually I fixed the problem by adding a couple of <br /> in the advanced portal template.
