Popular Topics Module

I saw this site using VBa CMPS, and was wondering if anyone else has done the module called "Popular Topics"

I've seen this before on blogs, but never on a VB site...

That's the "Zoints Tags" hack, which is available on vb.org. I assume the CMPS module he's using is available somewhere too.
