Fixed widths?

I am having a hard time findlng out how to do this. If I could get some help from someone that has done this before it would help me out greatly!

The two links you posted are the same thing... If you're just trying to change the width though, you can edit your 'adv_portal' template and change the width of the first table there. ;)
