How do I wrap a static html page with VB styles

How do I wrap a static page of html to display in the center block, but only when a link is clicked. I want' to have the left and right columns, but want the center column to display the html I put in. I can only get it to show as the default news. Is this possible?

Please read the User's Manual, specifically the part about adding pages. It's covered in there. ;)
