This is a site I upgraded to recently from a PHPBB board. So this latest venture has taken a lot of work, more so because I'm pretty new at this whole thing. Only thing that really helped was my somewhat decent photoshop abilities. But the members really dig it compared to the old board, but then again, who wouldn't :D
