Let users assign images for site

Would be nice if there was a way for users to attach their own images, also mini banners. Also a way to restrict image sizes, etc. Anyone know if VBL can do this? In addition, can you have a site be a part of multiple catagories?

I'm sorry, but currently there are not any uploading options, or support for multiple categories.
