Reciprocal links

Can this be used to add reciprocal links from directories? If so then how do i do this? Many directories and sites ask for reciprocal linking so can this software allow us to do that with vbulletin?

Just add the reciprocal link as a normal link, and then enter the URL to that link when the other directory asks you for it.
