Is a flash module posible?

Hi I want to ask this before waisting my time doing sotheming that will not work.

I want to do a flash movie with flash mx, then I want to made a template with the html code that flash mx give me when I publish the movie, and I want to show this in my home page as center module.

Is there some reason why for this to not work?

We just did it at our site. Very easy, very cool.
Modules are a great wrapper for chat or movies, you can move to different pages while keeping the same block in the same location.
