[REQ] - Top 10 or Latest Links side block.

Hi there,

I am not sure if anything like this has been released or not, but I was wondering if anyone might have or know how to create a sideblock for the links directory here. As I am adding links, I noticed that many members do not know that new links are being added or whether any links are being visited.
