Is it possible to make whenever a link is posted in a certain link category it is automatically shows up in a forum?

i.e.

I post a link in a section that only the admin can post at. I then post a link in that section, and that link then shows up in a forum I specify.

Is this possible? I haven't installed 2.0 and would really like it to do that.

That would be possible, but is not a default feature of vBa Links 2.0 and would require hacking the files to insert the thread/post into the database.

How difficult could it be?

I basically have a section where I use vba links directory as a video directory. And I post a video in the directory, copy the link and then link to the link in a thread that I then have to create about the video in the forum.

I'm basically trying to cut out on that extra time spent.

It shouldn't be *that* hard for someone that's comfortable with PHP. It's mostly just a matter of inserting the thread/post into the database.

Ok well, is anyone willing to do this? I could pay money if it was really necessary.
