Recently Posted In and Recently Viewed?

I am looking for two modules, and I think the thread title describes them pretty well.

I am looking for one module that displays threads that a registered user has recently posted in, and one that displays the threads he has recently viewed.

Do these already exist? I tried looking around, but I couldn't find anything.

Sorry, but as far as I know there have not been any modules like that posted.
