Hi
are there existing other languages for the links directory?
Iīm surching for German (formal) and Russian (formal).
If not, how can I create them?

As far as I'm aware there are no language packs available. Everything is in vBulletin's phrase system though, so you would just need to modify the phrases to create them.

so can you tell me how i get all the phrases easily so i can export them give them to a translator und then i import them back to the system. i have never made this.

Admin CP => Language Manager => Download / Upload Languages

Go there, change the "Product" setting to vBa Links Directory, and then click the Download button. Then after it's been translated, go back to the same link to upload the language, and just be sure to select your German language in the "Overwrite Language" setting.

Oh, a german version would be very very nice. I tried to export vba Links phrases but the xml file was empty. Dont know why.

Why not do it your self? It takes only a few hours to complete the translation...

i have done my first languagepack for vBa Links Directory v2.0
I have done my very best, but i think itīs not perfect at the moment.

Is it ok to upload this language pack here?

I tryed also to translate into German language, but I have the same problem. the file ist empty. i donīt know why. any idea somebody?

i have another answer to you question ;)

Search for the englisch words in the leanguage Pack and translate it ;)

So hab ich das angefangen *grins*

same here, when exported the phrases are missing in the xml file (?)
