Admin CP => vBa CMPS => Edit Pages => Default / Homepage => Custom Style for This Page - Make sure that option is set to "Use Default".

Sounds like a problem with the way you have your styles setup. If you have multiple styles, then you really should have one "main / default" style which every other style is a child of. That way you can add custom templates or make changes in one style and it will affect any other style where that template is not customized. So I would suggest edting each of your styles (besides the one you added your module templates to) and selecting the style that you added those templates to as the Parent Style for each.

uuufff no way!
I knew there was something to it!
I asked on vb.org vb.com and vbhackers and waited for nearly 2 days for this issue about parent child templates with no answers
and now ill be stuck with just 1 template because i still have no clue how this works...ggrr
ill just play around until everyone runs away lol
thanks for the help
if an issue pops up ill post here
