Looking good. And don't feel bad, "tomshawk" is better than the "keviwilk" that I usually get. ;)
looks nice, but there seems to be a problem with your "welcome" block, it seems like it has no side borders... you may want to check that out...

Nice integration. Yours is one of the sites that I keep going back to for ideas and hacks-in-action. Keep up the good work!

You are correct Polo, it has no side borders.
I did that on purpose, just cause I had to be different :p

Thank you Samir
Being the definate nooby that I am to coding, Thats a serious compliment.
I'm getting ready to change my sitename though, It's a little to personal.
which is why I have been online for a year now, but still only have 120 users, 30 of which are actually active.
I'm hoping the site takes off with the new name. We'll see!

Shoot, with some of the stuff you've put together, I'd think you've passed newbie status a while back. I've been working with computers over 20 years now, PCs since 1988 and I'm still just learning the basics of all the forum stuff.
Site names can do a lot to make or break a site. I will be changing my site name because I'll be moving away from my free host to a paid one. But the thing that has made my site what it is, and what is at the heart of any good site, is content. I've seen sites with horrible interfaces still be successful because of content. Now when you put content and everything else in one package, you have a true winning situation.
Best wishes on your re-vamp of your site. I guess we'll see if I finish mine and get it up before you release your re-named version.
Nice Tech site. Could you email me a pointer of where you got the Symantec module and instructions plz?
Again great site.

the move went fairly smoothly, the only screw up, was one I did when I forgot I had to download and reupload a cgi-bin\file in ascii mode :p
and for some reason the images\smilies got screwed up.
I ended up having to rerun the vbadvanced install and reapplying the images changes.
Other then there were no serious problems.
How did yours go?
deb0,
I actually released it here New Symantec Module (http://www.vbadvanced.com/forum/showthread.php?t=2610)
KW08 did most of the work, but I got his permission to release it, as it was my idea.
There's also a post on vbulletin.org where you can get it and click install ;)
