Forbidden Access

After installing vBA on my site, everything appears to be correct. When I go to edit modules within the vBA only, i get a forbidden message. When editing modules and settings within VB - they edit and save fine. Is there a setting that I'm forgetting about?

I've even gone so far as to chmod 777 the entire folder .. that didn't work either.

I can only guess that it might be a database permissions issue that the host will have to resolve.

Just to be sure I understand... You're clicking the "Edit Modules" link in your admin cp. Then you select one of the modules and you get that error on the next page? Please let me know if that's correct, and post the exact message you are getting here.
