Okay - I found it. Say I wanna put a picture in it or some words or something. What kind of code do I put in there (keeping in mind I know zilch about coding...).

Since you say you're not familiar with making changes to HTML documents if let us know exactly what you have in mind I'm sure we can come up what you need.
