The branding free option costs $39.99, that's $5 more than the entire vBadvanced Links product. Is that the correct price? Would one branding free license work for both the vBCPMS or just Links?

Yes, a branding free license for any vBadvanced product is $39.99. A separate branding free license is required for each product that you wish to remove the copyright notice for though.
