phpbb -> vBulletin question

We just did a phpBB import into vBulletin with vBadvanced added-on before the import. Our pictures attachments and avatars are not showing up. vBulletin support is stumped. Has anyone ever had an issue like this related to having vBadvanced?

I think we have the attachment issue worked out. It seems like it's a database vb issue, because the avatars are there but just not showing up.
