This file is also an include in vBadvanced, so i overwrote it with the one in Blogicles.
Is that ok?

Is there any plans to rename it to vba_blog_global_error.php

The same file is included with vBa CMPS, Links, and Blogicles. It's just used to replace the forum links and such on the no permissions and other error pages, so it's really not necessary to have a separate file for each vBa program.
