My News column cannot be manipulated

I've had someone look at this for me and they said they cannot tell what has gone wrong and that it is not the standard code, or something. :confused:

I need someone to look at the code in my Admin and tell me what's wrong.

Brian I tried to look at this for her and something's not right in there.. I told her to submit a ticket to you...Did she do that?

In the members area there is a place that says Tickets, at the bottom you can submit a ticket..;)

BTW - how can I get that middle News column less wide??
