I got this message, what does it mean? plz help

That would mean that you're using an incorrect version of that file. I would suggest downloading the CMPS from here again, be sure to select the correct version depending on what version of vBulletin you're running, and then upload all of the files to your server over your existing ones.

It went away, after I remembered to req once globals & that template file. It's fine now.
