Hi
I know this is a real newbie question, but I am having great problems adding a prominent link to my forum pages, from my newly created CMPS homepage.
I am having problems getting my head around doing adding content to the page as well (news postings, basic links, RSS feeds etc...) can any recommend a good dummies guide to....sort of resource?
Many, many thanks

What exactly is the problem you're having when adding a link?
The users manual (http://www.vbadvanced.com/membersarea.php?do=viewusermanual&productid=4) is a bit outdated at this point in time, but should still get you going in the right direction for the rest.

Hi
Being honest I am following the manual instructions to add stuff, but no new stuff appears on the page! I know its just newbieism at work, but I am finding it difficult to get a break through.
Ideally I am looking for a nice prominent 'Forum Jump' feature which I see on this site. Perhaps I could do with looking at a few more worked examples? Do you know where there are some?
Thanks
Sean

I've got the cmps turned on and working, but there's no button for the forum. I see how this site has added it's support forum, unfortunately, I put the vba inside the same folder as the forum, so my index.php points to the cmps and not the forum.
What's the exact address of the forum so that I can know where to point my link?
www.mysite.com/forum = brings me to the cmps. Where is the actual forum?

If you're running the CMPS and your forums in the same folder then you should have followed the instructions in the link below:
http://www.vbadvanced.com/membersarea.php?do=viewusermanual&productid=4&pageid=7

Can you post a link to your site so we can see the problem?
