How do I make sure that I do not have double NAVs

I have some pages that are showing double Navigation. I have even gone inside of those pages templates and deleted $navbar from there but it still shows double. Can any one suggest what to look at in order to fix this issue?

You might want to also check you header template.

Yea... There's something weird going on with your style if that's the case.

The style that I was using was the default style. Now I just loaded another style and I am having the same problem. It shows only in few pages. Not all of them. :confused:
