I asked last night if someone has or can tell me where to find a good
paypal donation hacks and a drag and drop software to make a web page.
please, do not point me to vbulletin.org, i have asked this a couple of
time without any answer.

Sorry, but searching vb.org would be the only thing I could suggest as I'm not really familiar with what is available for those type of hacks/products. The only other thing I could recommend would be to be more specific with your posts on vb.org if you did not describe what you are looking for there in any more detail than you did here.
