Yes
Everything is /forums
Its an IIS 6.0 Windows server is the path /forums/images correct?

No, you need to update the style paths with a FULL path, not relitive
/folder/folder << relative
http://www.mysite.com/folder/folder << full path

Try saving your vBulletin options. You don't actually have to change anything, just save them to update the cache.

The images don't show up in Firefox either - it just doesn't display a red x like IE does.
It looks like you didn't go through the step to update your images when you ran the install file. Try going to http://www.centralairsoft.com/forums/admincp/vbacmps_install.php?do=doimages and that should update those images.

In your main vBulletin options, what do you have set for your 'Show Default Post Icon' option? If it's not already, set it to the full URL to that image. Whether it is or not, go ahead and save the options as well.
