Where did you upload your cmps_index.php file? and did you rename it? http://www.gplmasters.com/forums/cmps_index.php or http://www.gplmasters.com/cmps_index.php
If this is it http://www.gplmasters.com/forums/cmps_index.php comment out the chdri line and there it will be

in my cmps_index.php:
// ============================================
// Enter the full path to your forum here
// Example: /home/vbadvanced/public_html/forum
// ============================================
chdir('.http://www.gplmasters.com/forums');
// ============================================
// No Further Editing Necessary!
// ============================================
require_once('./global.php');
print_portal_output($home);
?>
Is it ok?

If you're using it in your forums directory then you should remove this line:
chdir('.http://www.gplmasters.com/forums');

Okay, I removed that line, but nothing happens...

http://www.gplmasters.com/forums/cmps_index.php
That is your CMPS page. If you want it to appear somewhere else then you need to move or rename the file.
