How to move around and remove Modules

Hi;

First of all I want to say I searched in the forums my answer to my question but I couldnt find it. So if anyone knows just direct me there.

I am having a couple of problems. I have used VBAdvanced before but by the life of me i dont remember how to do a couple of things and how to solve a slight design problem.

I would like to know how to remove blocks "modules" from the 3 panels, without deleting them or better yet, just turning them off. How do I do that?

I am also having a problem in how the design for my site looks in VBAdvanced. I dont know how to explain it but if you look at it yourself you will see what is wrong with it... Apparently one of the images of the left side of the border is repeating itself in the margin of the left side blocks (or modules).

Again my apologies if this is answered else where if anyone can answer it or direct me to it much will be appreciated.

Admin CP => vBa CMPS => Edit Pages => {choose page} => Modules Enabled
