Is the Branding Free License on a per site bases so that you can remove the links of every vbadvanced installation on your site or is it a per script based license where you pay for removal rights per script?

It's per script... So if you purchase it for the links directory (for example), that doesn't enable you to remove the copyright for the CMPS.q

I haven't gotten around to setting up the option to allow someone to upgrade to a branding free license yet. If you would just like to send $39.99 to sales@vbadvanced.com though I can update your license manually. :)

So if I purchased the CMPS Branding free license I can remove the "powerd by..." wording from all of my CMPS installations (3 domains)?

Your license grants you the right to run one instance (a single installation) on one web site for each license purchased. A separate license is required for each instance of the software.
