I keep getting this error when attempting to integrated with my forums.

This occurs when attempting a single file and when attempting to integrated into all files via global.php?

Home page works fine.

How exactly are you trying to integate the page? With the Admin CP options, or from the old instructions in the Users Manual here? If you're trying to use the old instructions, those no longer apply to v3.0. You would need to remove any changes you made to your vB files and then just use the "Integrate" link in the Admin CP.

I found the link.

When I first logged into the CP is was not there.

Refreshed the page and it appeared.

Sounds like you were already logged in and viewing that page before you uploaded the new files, so you didn't see the new options until you refreshed. ;)
