Brian, As requested, here's the support request!
having weird behaviors on the news module loading BB Code images. Parses them as text and doesn't load the images. HOwever within the forum area, the images are loading fine ...

tends to LITERALLY show up in the news areas, instead of loading the picture. Double checking in the forum package, these images load fine.

one more thing, on the permissions for the news area, Allow [IMG] Code and Allow BB Code are both enabled ...
