Welcome Block

Was wondering how to remove the 'Welcome to the Forums' module from the forum main page and display it on the vba homepage. Not sure why but it is currently always displaying it above the forum but won't display it on the initial homepage when i change the module display settings.

Can you post a link to your site so I can get a better idea of the modules and such that you're referring to?
