Modules not appearing

On ClubxB.com I did the upgrade but there are no modules.
The rest of the forum works fine.

for now i have it redirecting to the forums.

My functions.php and global.php are not modified.

When you edit a page through the Admin CP, do the modules appear in the "Modules Enabled" section for that page?

Yes they do.

All I have is the default cmps_index.php.

Just to test some more I added another page for my advertise.php file.
I noticed that when I went to add my file path that I needed the /var/www/html/.... for it to accept the file location, if that helps any.

My default front page was accepted either way, with or without the 'var/www/html'

but still neither page I created showed any modules listed.

I disabled my redirect so you can see what is happening.

I'm not seeing anything obvious from the link... The best thing I can recommend would be to download the package from here again and upload all of the files from there over you existing ones to make sure that you're not still running any old ones. If that doesn't help, please submit a support ticket via the Members' Area here and I'll take a look at things for you.
