Several Recent Threads mod boxes?

I searched, but couldn't find. Probably ID 10 T error.

Anyway - I'd like to have 3 different modules show the latest 6 threads from different forums.

For example:
Mod Box 1 - shows 6 recent threads from Nutrition forum.
Mod Box 2 - shows 6 recent threads from Training forum.
Mod Box 3 - shows 6 recent threads from Supplements forum.

What's the easiest way to do this?

copy the module and then select which forum it pulls from.
