Error in ALL links in portal

every time i click a link in my portal, it redirects me to index.php?page=forum//showthread.php?t=78 or such.
Is there any way to fix this? i know this is not correct, because it doesnt work.

Sounds like you have your forum's URL set incorrectly. Can you post a link to your site?
