Change the reply button on the news section

I've pretty much finished my template changes but on the front page where there is my news. I'd like to replace my button reply with a button called comment.

To change the path for that image do i just use the install script and use the template installtion step?

You would need to edit your adv_portal_newsbits template and change the image in there.
