upcoming events

In this system the upcoming events module, is that to take from the calender or do you have to enter them somewhere. I have events in my Calender and they dont end up here.

There is no default upcoming events module. I assume you're talking about the one in the modules forum here, which pulls events from your calendar.

It must me, which one should I have to work properly with the newest system.

Most any module should work with any version of the CMPS.
