I installed this step-by-step but cannot get it to work.

Parse error: parse error, unexpected ':' in /home/tccuovof/public_html/index.php on line 19

In getting fustrated list night I think I dropped the index.php into the cp index.php, I'm doing a recovery and give up.

Is there anyone out there that charges to install this?
