Shoutbox

Is there a shoutbox that works with the latest version of VBulletin and vBa CMPS as a side panel?

I've look everywhere and try 6 different shoutbox's and I can't get any of them to work.

I've never really understood why anyone would want a shoutbox on their CMPS.
Shoutbox is useful on a forum for folks that like them, but how many members sit on the CMPS making shouts !?

all my members lol, only time my members go to te forum part of the site is to post other then that they sit at CMPS part of the site. lol
