How do I install CMPS on one site and pull data from another?

Hi,
I got a VB forum running on domain A.
I got another domain name B.
Both hosted on the same server.

What I want to do is I want to have CMPS shown on Domain B as a portal while using the db and info on Domain A's forum (same server).

Can I hack/mod/use the CPMS to do that?
If so - how?

You may be setup a redirect or something like that. Other than that though, it's probably not going to be easy to do that.
