Pre-install question

I've never used vbadvanced before, so I'd be grateful if I could ask a couple of questions.

1. On the posts that show on the front page of VBA, can you designate a specific set of forums where this will be displayed? I'd like to publish news, reviews, and interview to the front page, while leaving the other 27 or so boards out of it. :)

2. Are there any issues with forum location? For example, should there be any difficulty setting up VBA in the domain root folder, if the forum is in a subfolder? Also, if the forums are already at the domain root, I presume the vb index page needs renaming? Are there any potential issues with these?

Apologies if the questions seem a bit silly - would just like to ask before setting up a live install. :)

1). Yes. There are options to pick specific forums or threads.

2). No, your forum location will not matter. There are also more detailed instructions here (http://www.vbadvanced.com/membersarea.php?do=viewusermanual&productid=4&pageid=7) that explain how to set things up for different scenarios.

I'm really not familiar with Google News, so I can't say that I am aware of any off the top of my head.
