Can not add modules

No matter what I do, even following directions from adding and creating templates/mods, none ever show up on my site.

THey are there as I can add a page and make the page include the templete, but I can't as a module.

This is driving me crazy.

Can you post what you used for each option for the module, and what you named the template?
