okay, can my first problem is that whenever members are looking at the portal, and i view the Who's Online page, it says:

Unknown Location
/forums/cmps_index.php

also, whenever you follow the link from the Who's Online to whever the user is viewing in the portal, you can't go back to the forums by clicking the logo at top. It will lead you back the portal instead of the forums -_-

third, where can i find the "Script Name for Forum Homepage" option? people have been telling me its in the admin cp, but WHERE exactly?

2). You'll need to modify your header template and change the link in there to point to where you wish.

3). Admin CP => vBulletin Options => Forums Home Page Options => Script Name for Forum Home Page
